Whistler Adventure School (“WAS” , “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the WAS Website, you acknowledge and represent that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and any updates thereto posted on the WAS Website, and you represent, warrant and agree that you are bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the WAS Website constitutes your binding acceptance of any updates to this Privacy Policy.

Your Privacy

  • WAS does not knowingly permit spam to be disseminated by or through the WAS Website.

Personal Information Collection and Storage

1. WAS collects and stores information you provide, with the exception of credit card payment information.
2. To register for courses using the WAS website services, you may be asked to provide information such as your, date of birth, age, sex, billing or mailing address telephone number and other details required for a specific registration or purchase. WAS  does not store your credit card information. 
3. WAS collects and stores communications made through the WAS Website, for assisting with customer support.
4. WAS may produce statistical data and may disclose to third parties aggregate statistics that exclude personally identifiable information.
5. WAS is committed to complying with all regulatory requirements around privacy, including the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation. We dislike spam as much as the next person.
6. WAS automatically collects telecommunications information such your Internet Protocol (IP) address when you visit the WAS website. WAS may also log the WAS Website pages you access and your browser type.
7. WAS stores collected information in servers located in North America. WAS  will endeavor to securely store collected information, but cannot guarantee complete security.
